Market Skirt, and I made it in a little over an hour. Then I took a $1 garage sale shirt and added a monogram, plus a pair of leggings Mistress already had and a pair of brand new shoes that I got at a consignment sale for $3. (They squeak when she walks!) So, for about $3 worth of fabric and a little time, I have an entire outfit that cost less than $10. Plus, I had enough left over fabric to make a matching one for her BFF. Shhh. It's a surprise!
